Refund policy

Zovia Snapshot is a digital product delivered as an immediate download.Once the download has been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Why sales are final

The moment you complete checkout, you receive the files and a perpetual license to keep them. Digital files cannot be returned or un-downloaded, so a refund after delivery is not possible. This is standard for downloadable code and is stated plainly here before you buy.

We ask you to confirm fit first

Because sales are final, we put a short qualification checklist before checkout. It confirms you meet the floor (you read code, you understand the basics, you accept the prescribed stack, and you know there is no human support desk) so you do not start a bad-fit purchase. Please read it honestly. It exists to protect you.

Billing problems

A final-sale policy does not cover genuine billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or believe a payment was made in error, contact us at hello@zovia.studio and we will work with Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to correct it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right you hold that cannot be waived under the consumer law of your country or region. Where such a right applies, it stands regardless of the above.
