Terms of service

Zovia Snapshot is a downloadable digital product from Zovia Studio LLC ("Zovia Studio", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

What you are buying

Zovia Snapshot is an export of Zovia's production stack (the packages, rules, hooks, cloud templates, and, on the Guide tier, a Claude-delivered learning layer), delivered as a downloadable zip. It is not a service, a platform, or custom development. You direct Claude Code to build your app. We do not build it for you.

Your license

• One purchase is for one person, on up to three machines.
• You may use it in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• You own every file you download, forever.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the downloaded files.
• Downloaded files carry visible buyer identifiers (for example your email in file headers). Removing or obscuring them violates this license.
• The annual updates renewal is optional. Letting it lapse does not revoke anything you have already downloaded or any app you have built.

The stack is the stack

Zovia Snapshot mirrors what Zovia runs in production. There are no substitutions, no custom implementations for individual buyers, no feature requests, and no alternative stacks. Each monthly release is version locked. What Zovia uses, the snapshot reflects. Nothing more.

Support and outcomes

Support is the documentation in the bundle and, on the Guide tier, the Claude-delivered learning layer. There is no human support desk, no code review, and no debugging service. The Guide is Claude reading structured modules, not a person.

Zovia Snapshot provides rules, templates, patterns, and lessons that make Claude Code more effective. It does not guarantee that your app will work or ship. Results depend on your project, your prompts, your effort, and Claude Code's capabilities. You are responsible for your own accounts, your development environment, testing on real devices, store submissions, and all content and business decisions in your app.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, and buyer accounts. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.

Refunds

Zovia Snapshot is delivered as an immediate download and all sales are final. See the refund policy for the full detail.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always the one posted here, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zovia Studio LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here waives any consumer rights you hold that cannot be waived under applicable law.
